Background

Core focused on fully trustless Bitcoin staking. The Team Play feature is being planned to enhance collaboration and engagement on the platform.

Plan the feature and UX flow and UI design.

Defined the core mechanics of the activity, including team size, activity types, layout presentation, and the user interaction flow, ensuring a solid foundation for design and development.

Pain Points

Users needed to click through multiple cards before joining an activity, creating unnecessary friction. New users often felt lost without clear visibility into their participation progress.

Insights

Reducing the number of steps increases efficiency and lowers the entry barrier for engagement. A more intuitive, progress-oriented guide can help onboard new users smoothly.

Design Direction

Streamline the flow so activities can be joined directly in fewer steps. Provide clear progress indicators and guidance to support first-time users.

Team cards are showcased with real-time rankings, and users can create or join a team instantly on the same page, enhancing collaboration and competitiveness.

・Defining clear goals and solving real problems matter most. There is no perfect product—only products that are continuously improved.
