Plan

Map UX flows and design interaction paths.

Outlined the core mechanics of the feature, such as team size, activity types, layout, and user interaction flow, providing a clear foundation for design and development across different screens.

📍User Research & Problem Definition

Pain Points

The original design lacked a quick multi-account switching feature, making the login process cumbersome and time-consuming for users managing multiple accounts.

Insights

Users experienced too many steps when switching between accounts, leading to a less intuitive and unfriendly experience.

Design Direction

To improve usability and streamline the flow, we introduced a switch account function and EVM chain switching.

📍Switch account & EVM switch

Improved multi-account and EVM chain switching by adding quick switch functionality, updating profile and header elements, and ensuring consistent and smooth user flow.

📍Page Showcase

Enhanced the user experience for managing multiple accounts and EVM chains by introducing quick-switch functionality, refining profile and header elements, and creating a consistent, intuitive flow across the platform.

📍Outcomes & Observations

Design Outcomes

Added quick-switch for accounts and EVM chains, updated profile and header elements, and defined settings scroll ranges for a smooth, consistent experience.

User Feedback / Early Signals

Users found it easier and faster to switch between accounts and EVM chains, with a more intuitive and streamlined flow.

Future Improvements

Plan to further optimize the flow and introduce additional visual cues or automation to enhance multi-account management.

Impact / Value

Reduced friction in account and chain switching, improved usability, and supported a more efficient and engaging user experience across the platform.
